Miles Jacobson (now synonymous with the series) presents a 30 minute+ video to highlight the new Football Manager 2017 key features. The latest video has been uploaded to the Football Manager YouTube channel, and finishes with a brand new game being started from the main page. During the presentation, Miles goes into detail on certain improvements, which include better player AI, updates to the graphics, and of course an updated database. New FA rules have been incorporated, such as the infamous white line used by referee’s during free-kicks, and taking a player off the pitch if injured.
Some more exciting features include a Social Media feed, which will be used to see rumours about yourself and the club. When scouting for the next biggest talent, you’ll be sent video packages of performances (much like we see in real life on YouTube). The changes appear to be positive, but we’ve yet to see anything on the training program which I still don’t think is the easiest system to use.
